Your tracking number works in your national Post tracking system after it enters your country. So please follow the tracking informations, if any action is needed. Returned unclaimed package can be re-sent after paying for second shipping. If you decide to refund the order the initial shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from refunded amount.
Personalized items are non refundable. If package arrive broken, please contact us we can rearrange replacement.
!Personalized orders can not be cancelled 24 hours after ordering, because they are already sent to be made!

If your item arrive broken, you have 2 days, to contact as and we can replace the item. After 2 days we do not replace the product, as it could be broken due buyer transportation or usage.
!Right now we do not offer standard shipping to US, because of changes in tarrifs, but we offer DHL Express shipping. Pleas be aware of import custom fees for all orders to US. Customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

EU COUNTRIES takes 3-14 days.
Other countries - 5- 16 days.

US -DHL Express - 4-6 days
Canada - DHL Express: 4-6 days
Australia - DHL Express: 6-10 days
