-All prints are unframed

-All prints are printed on 300gsm Satin photo paper and packaged in a cellophane sleeve and board back envelope.

•DIGITAL PROOF & DIGITAL PRINTS
-For personalised prints digital proof is sent within 24-48 hours (not including weekends).

-During the Christmas period (October-December) digital proof can take 5-8 working days.

•SHIPPING
-Orders are dispatched in 2-5 days and sent with Royal Mail 1st class standard delivery. There is an option at checkout to upgrade to 1st class tracked.

-During busy periods such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & Valentines Day orders can take 4-7 working days to be dispatched.

-Over the Christmas period orders can take 4-10 days to be dispatched.

• CUSTOMISATION
-All text and quotes can be changed please just write in the personalisation box what you would like it changed to.

-If you would like a different coloured hair please write the option and colour you’d like it changed to. Example: H154 changed to bright pink.

-If you would like a pet that isn’t shown please write the breed and colour in the personalisation box or send a photo of your pet via Etsy message.
