This amazing little machine in it's original, personalized case has wonderful Art Deco styling on the silver logo plate. Used by court reporters the world over, the black bakelite keys have a wonderful soft feel as you press on them - muffled and quiet, not clacking like a typewriter. I'm not sure how the stenography machine works, so I'm have not tested it - it's being sold for display purposes only. The black textured case has a leather handle and a great brass name plate on the front. The machine is labeled a 'Stenograph', manufactured by the Hedman Company of Chicago, and has the number '1301' stamped on the bottom.

The case measures 11” by 9” by 4 1/2”; and the machine itself is about 10” by 7 1/2” by 3 1/2”. There is still extra paper in the little drawer that pulls out from the back.

I am happy to ship internationally - please convo me for a quote if your country is not listed.
