Place the cremated ashes in a biodegradable bag (provided) and close the box. The biodegradable urn box is 10” x 6.5” x 4.75”. This urn holds 300 cubic inches. The general rule of thumb is for every pound is 1 cubic inch. So a 300 pound person would need 300 cubic inches. It is exactly as promised there is clay mixed into the paper for a little more sturdiness, but both are fully biodegradable. The simple shell impressions give them variety and charm. The size is a little larger than the containers I brought mom and dad home in so they will fit completely. And the cost is middle low compared to others on the market. Among the cheapest and had good variety so I could choose a different one for mom and dad. Every thing moved like clockwork and I received them in a few days. I have nothing negative to say at all!
