Yes. We accept color requests and also provide sampling services to help you get the unique finish your project requires.

Are there pieces in stock? available for quick delivery?

We do not keep stock of our furniture. Everything is made to order. Rush orders are available.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, by quote only. Free shipping applies to ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States, US mainland. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and all other parts of the world by quote only.

What is your policy on matching items?

The best way to ensure your items match is to order all at one time. Fabrics will vary in tone and color from one dye lot to another. The hardware we use for our ropes may change slightly as we make design updates. Wood finishes will vary based on natural wood tones and natural variances, etc. Ordering products at different times will not guarantee a match to items previously ordered. We cannot accept returns or refund requests for non-matching items.

Do you offer an option for Rush Orders?

Yes. Our Rush Order program allows you to skip ahead of the production line. Rush orders can only be placed via a custom listing, which must be requested from our shop. Rush order timeframes are provided at the time of your request, and will vary based on current production times. There is a 30% rush order fee.
