Why does my shipping status say Pre-Transit?

If your order tracking says Pre-Transit this means that I have shipped your order but USPS has not scanned the item. This does not mean that your order is not on it’s way to you. USPS has been experiencing major delays and are not always scanning things right away or at all. Please be patient during this time and rest assured that your item will arrive. If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks of your ship date, please message me! Please also note that when you get a shipping notification, this means I have placed your order in the mailbox. In most cases-orders have been delivered without ever being scanned or with any tracking.

Can I put my sticker on my water bottle?

Yes! All stickers are high quality vinyl material. They are waterproof, weatherproof, & dishwasher safe. They can go on water bottles, laptops, cell phones, & more! Be sure to clean the the area before placing your sticker. Be sure to press down firmly & smooth your sticker completely to release any bubbles before the sticker gets wet.

Tracking says “Delivered” but I have not received my order. What should I do?

Sometimes orders will be marked as delivered before they actually are and can take a few more days to arrive, so please be patient! It will usually arrive within the next day or 2. It is possible that it could have been delivered to the wrong mailbox. I usually recommend asking a neighbor if they received it. My stickers/magnets ship in a standard brown letter envelope, not a padded package or box, so look thoroughly through your mail! If you order an item that is not a sticker/magnet, they will ship in a brightly colored poly mailer. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks of the ship date, please message me!

I put my tracking number into USPS’ website and it says the tracking is not found.

My stickers are shipped with a standard first-class letter label. These labels have LIMITED tracking. While this is tracked with USPS, it is not able to be tracked on their website, and can only be tracked on Etsy.

Can I put my sticker on my car?

Yes! My stickers are waterproof/fade-proof/weatherproof & have a 2 year outdoor life.Please keep in mind that my stickers are typically no larger than 3” (unless otherwise stated) therefore they may not be visible like a typical bumper sticker. Please also note that this is a sticker not designed for a car, & the adhesive may cause damage to a car & may be difficult to remove.

Refunds are only offered when the original item is returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If you are wishing to return something, please message me on Etsy with your corresponding order number first.

Custom and personalized orders

I get my stickers produced in bulk quantities therefore if you are wanting a custom request/design/or personalization you will need to pre-order (at least) a quantity of 10 stickers. No discounts will be offered for custom orders. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing and an additional 1 week for shipping. Message me to get started on a custom order!

Clear Sticker Disclaimers

Stickers marked as “clear” are not completely transparent because of the adhesive. Clear stickers come on a white backing that will be peeled off therefore some designs (especially all white designs) will not be visible until the backing is removed. Be mindful of the surface color you are placing your stickers. Lighter color designs will look best on a darker surface, while darker color designs will look best on a lighter color surface. Since the designs are printed on transparent vinyl, even the opaque portions of the design may take on (very slightly) the color of the surface it is placed on.
