The photo is a beautiful reproduction, but due to the image printing onto the glass & the image being see-through, the photo will be slightly muted. ***The lighter your photos, the more transparent or opaque it will appear*** Whiter/lighter areas are more see through and darker images or areas on the photo will print with a shadow to it, this is normal. There is no backing on the ornament, so it can be viewed from both sides. Use care with sharp objects as the backing could be scratched.
