This instant download listing features a set of paper models inspired by the typical Goergian Cape Cod houses from the mid-1700s to the late 1800s that can be found all over New England.

Each template has been outlined carefully and painted digitally to achieve a high-quality product.

The total number of pages to print is 4 in A4 format. You can easily fit the page to US letter format in the printing settings.

Thicker paper is recommended, 160g and above (home printers normally accept this type of paper). To complete the models, you will need a craft cutter or scissors, a ruler, and glue.

I loved the product! It is the perfect craft to do in family, since you can easily cut the patterns with scissors and the assembling process was easy to follow thanks to the tutorials. The design is beautiful and when you print it you can see a high quality of detail. We filled our calendar with chocolate candy, which was lovely. Also, Elena was really helpful and quick to answer my doubts about the product. I’m glad I went with the recommendation of using thicker paper (I went with 160g), since the end product was easier to assemble. Once bought, you get the pdf’s immediately, by personal email. Altogether, a lovely purchase!
