I ordered this memorial urn for my sweet Fergie after losing her on her 14th birthday, and I honestly could not be happier with how it turned out. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the personalization is perfect, and I love being able to have several of my favorite photos of her displayed all the way around. The little fairy lights inside make it even more special when they’re glowing. I already have an identical memorial from this same shop in black for another beloved pet, and after receiving this one, I would absolutely order from them again. You can tell that care goes into making something that holds such an important piece of someone’s heart. Losing a pet who has been part of your life for so many years is incredibly hard, but having such a beautiful place to keep her ashes and memories brings me comfort. Thank you!

The urn itself is very cute, but cheaply made. On day 1 of receiving item, the wheel on bottom fell off; it didn’t seem properly screwed in. The glass panels where the photos are held are also not very sturdy; they’re constantly sliding around. Other than these points, we really like this urn and the sentimental value it has.

Hi Kaitlyn, I am sorry to hear the rotating baseplate arrived detatched-- that is not how it is supposed to arrive. Please send photos of the damaged item so that we can send you a replacement. The glass panels however do slide in and out so that you can change the photos, so those are not permanently affixed in any way.
