Description

A signed, matted, ready-to-frame print of one of my original brown hare paintings.

The original is an acrylic and mixed media painting on canvas. This Etsy entry is for a signed print on satin-finish photo paper, image size approximately 5" x 10", matted to fit an 11" x 14" standard-sized, store-bought frame. Black or warm white acid-free matting is included. (Choose your colour upon checking out. If no colour is chosen, black is the default.) The piece also includes a sturdy acid-free backing. No custom framing is required.

NOTE: The watermarks with my website address do not appear on the actual print. They are present here for security purposes only. Colours in the print may vary from how they appear on your monitor, due to variations in settings. However, I ensure each print is up to my standards as creator of the piece.

Shipping within Canada covers expedited service. Shipping outside Canada covers air mail.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I want everyone to be happy with their purchase! However, due to the specialized handmade nature of my work, I am unable to accept returns for many of my items (though I am reasonable and understand that there can be exceptional circumstances). If you have concerns about the possibility of returning an item, please contact me for clarification before ordering.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Returns, when approved, must be intitiated within one week of receiving the item, and refunds will be issued once I receive the item in hand in its original condition. The original shipping price cannot be refunded as it is unretrievable from the postal service.

In the case of late mask arrivals, returns can be accepted if the following conditions are met:

The Xpress Post upgrade was purchased, and the mask was still delivered later than the deadline I was provided with.
The box is returned promptly, unopened.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping.
The refund will only be issued once the mask is back in my hands, in its original unused condition.
A shipping refund applies only to the initial shipping, only if the package was sent Xpresspost, and only once I receive the refund from Canada Post, which can take several weeks.
Specific custom pieces may not be eligible for refund if I am unlikely to be able to sell them to another buyer.

Due to the expense and complicated logistics of shipping original works on canvas, they are final sale.

Shipping covers regular air shipping. This does not include a tracking number. Approximate time in transit, after an item ships, is one to three weeks to most destinations. If you would like your item sent to you by a faster method, please message me upon placing your order. I will charge the difference between regular air shipping and whatever is your preferred shipping method/speed.

I endeavor to keep my shipping charges as reasonable as possible. All items are shipped at approximate cost of postage (estimated based on previous shipments) and shipping materials.
