PLEASE NOTE: Marking the box “This order is a gift” only means that prices will not be shown on the packing slip. It does not mean that a courtesy gift note will be included. Due to the high volume of orders, I do not provide courtesy gift notes at this time. I do try my best to accommodate them if I receive them but it is not always guaranteed. A gift wrap service is available by checking the box “Add gift wrapping for $4.00”. This service offers a handwritten gift card w/ envelope that includes festive tissue & a miniature bow. I will be working to resume courtesy gift notes soon!

Refunds & Exchanges for Damaged, Defected or Not as Described Items

We have a 14 day return policy if your item was damaged, defective, or is not as described. HOW IT WORKS 1.) Be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to receive instructions on how to begin the return process. 2.) Hold on to all original packaging including the box or mailer your items were delivered in. (We may need this for insurance purposes) 3.) Once we have received the items & processed your return you may request to exchange/replace the item or receive a full refund INCLUDING all shipping costs. Please Note: Be sure to contact us PRIOR to returning your items. We cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged.

Returns & Refunds for ANY Other Reason (Referred to here as "NO FAULT" returns)

We have a 14 day return policy if you would like to return an item for any reason. HOW IT WORKS 1.) Be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to receive instructions on how to begin the return process. 2.) Once we have received the returned items in their new, original conditions your refund will be processed MINUS all shipping costs. Please Note: Be sure to contact us PRIOR to returning your items. We cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged. Returned orders totaling $50.00 or more could be subject to a restocking fee of 10% - 20% of the items retail price for a "no fault" return. You will be notified in advance whether this fee would apply to you prior to beginning your return process.

Shipping & Handling Timeframes

Minor delays may occur throughout the COVID Pandemic. Unprecedented delays will be updated on our shop page. Standard handling time is 1-3 days for all orders. Excluding weekends & observed national holidays. DOMESTIC SHIPPING USPS First Class mail packages within the contiguous United States as well as Alaska & Hawaii will have an estimated arrival between 2 - 5 business days.* USPS Priority mail packages within the United States will have an estimated arrival between 2 - 3 business days.* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International orders vary by location. The average time of arrival for orders shipped outside the U.S. is between 2-6 weeks for most locations.* *** Estimated package arrivals are not guaranteed by USPS or by Tinker Treasures.

Unfortunately Tinker Treasures has no control over import taxes, customs duties or additional fees, nor can we predict what they may be. Any order shipped outside of the United States may be subject to these fees by your destination country which are levied once a shipment arrives at your location. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by you or the recipient of your order. NOTES - Customs policies vary widely; contact your local customs office for more information. - When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. - Please be sure the contents of your order are not restricted in your region.
