What’s the return policy?

General: If, after receiving your package, you decide to return the item, I will accept a return/refund within 14 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and will be refunded the original amount of the item purchased (original shipping not included). Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged item and (depending on available stock) I will send a replacement or refund if desired. Lost in Mail: An investigation will be launched into the matter to try and locate your package. If the item does not turn up within an agreed-upon amount of time, I will happily send a replacement. I, unfortunately, do not offer refunds in matters regarding post office errors.

I try to restock as much as possible but am currently looking for new manufacturers due to Covid resulting in a lot of company shutdowns. My buttons and stickers restock weekly. Feel free to message me with any additional questions.
