Ordered back in November 30. Got the notification it was dispatch December 3. Never got a Courier name or tracking number. Messaged the shop over and over for 1 week. Finally got the reply and told me Royal Mail rejected and had to resend my address. Gave him the address again. Told me he will resend it and never responded back. Still didn’t get a tracking number or any updates. After messaging and messaging and waiting over 24 hours and 72 hours for a response, shop closed temporarily. I’m literally starting worry I got robbed. 28 days later still haven’t gotten the package!
