PRINT the pattern pieces at 100% or NO SCALE.
The letters finish at 3 inches tall, and widths vary by letter. You can scale the pattern templates to different sizes, but make sure to adjust the seam allowance before cutting out pattern pieces. Instructions for scaling the pattern are included in the pattern.
