A 1960s Barbie sized car in baby blue plastic.

The blue Corvette convertible is made of polyethylene plastic and sized for Barbie and other fashion dolls. The car is marked "Empire" on the bottom, a popular maker of hollow plastic toys in the 1950s and '60s. There are two holes in front of the seats which accommodate the dolls' legs.
There is a red plastic steering wheel and four black plastic tires with silver painted hubcaps. The car also has some silver detail paint on the sides. A previous owner placed two college pennant decals on the hood – Texas and Notre Dame. They are a bit faded and ratty and could be easily removed; we thought they were charming.

Measures 15 1/2 by 7 by 3 inches.

In good condition with some light scratches and scrapes – most noticeably on the front left fender. The tires show some wear and the steering wheel has three breaks with a fourth starting – but it's still here!

Note: This listing is for the car only, Barbie not included.
