All graphics come with the Standard License that includes using them for One Commercial Project, which you design to sell or for your client. Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create an End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 500 units. Should you wish to sell more than 500 units, the purchase of an Extended License is required. Even if you do not use all items in a graphics pack or clipart set but still use a portion on an End Product that exceeds 500 sales, you will still need to purchase an Extended License.

Ink and Eye and its owner retains the rights to the graphics and third parties are allowed to purchase and use the artwork for logos or branding as well.

EXTENDED LICENSE DETAILS:

The purchase of an Extended License grants you the ability to use (1) clipart/graphics set already purchased according to the Extended License Guidelines (See Item listing and TOU doc included in your purchase folder). The Extended License is only necessary if you or your client intends to sell more than 500 units of the End Product.

Restrictions to the Standard License applies the same as an Extended License. Redistribution or sale of Editable Designs and Source files is Prohibited.
