📦 Where is my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is prepared and weighed, a shipping label is created and you will receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office as soon as possible, as sometimes packages are scanned incorrectly and may arrive the following day. If your package is marked as lost or shows no movement for 30 days, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS Once a package is shipped, it is under USPS handling and control
