How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to send a message.

How long does it take for a package to deliver?

Typical shipping in the US takes 2-5 business days, plus 1-5 business days processing time. International shipping takes around 1-3 weeks to deliver. During public holidays, this may increase, so please allow for some leeway as delivery time varies based on your location. To fulfill orders efficiently, I collaborate with trusted printing partners located in the USA and Europe. This means your item will be crafted just for you after your purchase and shipped directly from the nearest facility to your country. What’s your return policy?

Currently I cannot accept returns or exchanges as the products are made to order. If you do have an issue with the order or you have any questions, please let me know by sending a quick message and I will work with you to resolve it. I offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. I will be needing some photos of the errors in order to prove that. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to me.

Do you offer refunds?

Items are not eligible for a refund unless you have received an either wrong or damaged item. If this is the case, please message me with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will work together to sort it out. Our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that refunds are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color, if the order shipping details were incorrect or if you simply don’t like the product. Sizzlinks will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if any of this happens.

What do you mean by "Made to order"?

All my items are made to order, meaning that the items you purchase are produced especially for you, thus reducing waste. Your item is custom printed or woven on demand for you within 1-5 business days (this may vary depending on the product). By purchasing from my shop, you’re not just getting something unique, you’re also helping reduce waste and support eco-friendly practices. I pride myself on creating made-to-order products to ensure you receive the freshest designs. To fulfill these orders efficiently, I collaborate with trusted printing partners located in the USA and Europe. This means your item will be crafted just for you after your purchase and shipped directly from the nearest facility to your country.

Custom and personalized orders

Of course I do! I have many happy customers that I designed for. Custom orders are available on a per request basis, so please message me and let’s talk.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Please notify me within 2 hours after the purchase is made if you need to make any changes or cancel the order. Once the order goes into production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

♥ This pastel goth jackalope design is printed on a premium soft Bella+Canvas 3001 t-shirt, unisex jersey short sleeve tee
♥ 100% Airlume combed and ringspun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors): solid colors are 100% cotton except Ash (99% cotton, 1% polyester), heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% polyester (Athletic Heather and Black Heather are 90% cotton, 10% polyester)
♥ Soft cotton and light fabric (4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²)), pre-shrunk.
♥ Retail fit and runs true to size with a tear away label
♥ Quality print
♥ Ribbed knit collar with seam (makes the collar highly elastic and helps retain its shape); twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and prevent stretching; dual side seams hold the garment’s shape for longer.
♥ Produced responsibly: Bella + Canvas is a US apparel company that prioritizes sustainability by limiting its water supply, saving energy and recycling leftover fabric. No sweatshops are used in the manufacturing of their products. They reduce their waste when they produce steam by burning oil from their dye process, and make sure their wastewater is disposed of ethically.
