Orders are dispatched from Kent, UK within the processing time shown on the listing. I send orders using Royal Mail postal services. Most international orders are sent untracked to keep postage affordable, with a tracked upgrade available at checkout. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information if a tracked service was used. Unfortunately, I cannot track untracked orders once they have been posted. I always do my best to dispatch quickly, but delays caused by customs, weather, strikes or other postal issues are outside my control. If your order is late, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of the contents on the outside of the package. Where a customs declaration or product description is required, I use a generic description such as "Embroidered Patch" rather than the full listing title. If you have any concerns about the packaging of your order, please feel free to get in touch.

Sew-on: Sew-on patches are generally the most secure option. If washing a garment with a patch attached, hand washing is recommended. If machine washing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a gentle, cold wash. Avoid anything that could snag or damage the embroidery. Iron-on: Iron-on patches can be affected by repeated washing and may eventually loosen, particularly in a washing machine. For the best results, hand washing is recommended. Always follow the application instructions provided with your order. Hook & Loop: Hook & Loop patches can be removed before washing, making them particularly easy to care for. Carefully hand wash the patch when necessary and allow it to dry naturally.

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the item should be returned in its original condition. If you'd like to return an order, please contact me through Etsy before sending anything back so I can provide the appropriate instructions. If an item arrives damaged, is significantly different from the listing, or there is another problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to put things right.

Sizing Patches come in a range of standard sizes depending on the design, with the exact measurements shown in each listing. If you need a patch in a specific size, just send me a message! I'm happy to make custom sizes where possible.

Each patch is machine embroidered and hand finished by me in my Kent, UK workspace.

Choose your preferred backing from the dropdown:

● Iron-on – best on cotton and denim. Not suitable for nylon, polyester, leather or waterproof fabrics. For items that are washed often, we recommend adding a few stitches around the edge.
● Hook & Loop (hook side only) – attaches to an existing loop panel, e.g. on tactical bags, jackets or caps. Loop side not included.
● Sew-on (no backing) – the most secure option for any fabric.

Care: wash inside out on a cool, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry.
