Polaroid OneStep Classic White Rainbow SX70 Instant Camera - Film Tested - Working - Original POLAROID SX70

This is the famous Polaroid OneStep Classic white with rainbow stripe camera with a “fixed focus” plastic lens. This camera is known as the Polaroid 1000 camera in the UK.

Additional features include:
- 1 element plastic lens with fixed aperture (103mm, f14.6)
- 4ft minimum focus distance.
- exposure compensation dial around electric eye
- uses Polaroid SX-70 film, Impossible Project SX70 instant film

This Vintage Polaroid is in great working condition and in good cosmetic condition, showing some scratches and scuffs on the bottom and sides of the black plastic body from normal use. The lens is clear and scratch free. The output unit runs well and both pressure rollers are gear operated. The original neck strap is well attached, and everything opens and closes easily. The white plastic is not as white as it once was and more of an off-white. Please see the photos for more information on the condition. This camera has two silver rollers and will not have the jamming problem that the gold and silver roller combo have (explanation below).

Please note that this camera has been fully tested with actual film and cleaned inside and out.
All of our cameras have been pre-owned and therefore may have some cosmetic imperfections scuffs or marks.


These cameras take a lot of light for the proper exposure. If you plan on shooting indoors or in shade you will need a flash. When shooting without a flash always shoot outdoors in bright sunlight.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE OneStep White Rainbow CAMERA.
The Impossible Project changed the thickness of their film and it sometimes gets jammed in the rollers of these cameras. If you have a Onestep White Rainbow with 1 silver roller and 1 gold roller you might have the jamming problem. Hopefully, The Impossible Project will adjust the thickness with their new formula.
