Seller went above and beyond with a customization request. The post office lost the hat and this seller was incredibly responsive and proactively helped try to figure out what was wrong and correct the issues. Will definitely buy from this store again!

Ana and her team are amazing. This is actually a custom made jacket. It is inspired by a dress that Ana makes and i asked if she could transform it into a jacket because i was obsessed with the huge sleeves. Ana was enthusiastic and kind to me and said yes to my custom request. She explained the entire process, got my measurements and created this beauty. The sleeves are epic. I love how you can see the cuffs and the balloon sleeves cascade around it. I am so happy with my purchase

***Update 5/29/22: This hat has turned out to be one of the nicest things I own. It "sparks joy".*** The listing said this hat has a "totally firm structure", but this is not accurate. In fact, the hat came squished in multiple dhl bags with the brim bent upwards! I have to admit I was somewhat horrified as I was expecting a firm, structured hat rather than a packable straw hat. It is possible to get a packable straw hat mass produced in America or Europe for much less. But, this one is custom to your measurements! So that is worth much more! Is it worth $100+ USD more I'm not sure, but I was able to re-bend the hat to look like the listing picture (there are videos on youtube for fixing staw hats) so, I am keeping it. You can trust this maker's skill level, it is very well done. Just be aware it is not a firm, structured hat.

Loved the dress. I ordered a size Small, and the fit is perfect ( 5'9", 130 lbs). The material has a nice texture. Perfect for warm spring and fall days, as the material is somewhat thicker for hot weather. Works for office and night out wear. Delivery was fast. The seller responds quickly to questions.
