Is there a tracking number for my order?

I don't currently offer tracking options for Standard and Express delivery. However, if you would like to add tracking for peace of mind, just drop me a message and we can set this up for you :)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping estimates can be found on the each listing page. After purchasing, further information can be found by visiting your account > purchases & reviews (Etsy.com or the Etsp App). Royal Mail: Standard - 2-4 working days Express - 1-2 working days We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or be held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Royal Mail ask you to allow up to 10 working days, so please keep that in mind. This being said, we will do as much as possible to help with any order issues.

Where can I find my digital downloads?

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account.If you purchased a digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
