The butterfly is an iconic symbol of transformation - from caterpillar to cocoon to an elegant and delicate winged creature. Across cultures and traditions the butterfly is an emblem of positivity, transformation, metamorphosis, and spiritual growth. This 'vlinder' or butterfly design is inspired by a woodcut created by the artist Julie de Graag in 1901. In this card design, lines are transformed into blue hues, with a subtle blue stripe accentuating the butterfly's antennae. Send messages of hope, reinforce courage or express congratulations on a new milestone or achievement. When printed the effect will appear speckled, like a vintage stamp on paper.
