I have always warned those responsible for the Etsy site about these rapists and fraudsters who make purchases and create problems in order to get their money back. This phenomenon threatens the success of the site. The customer opens the account and then searches for the product that he will steal. He is fully aware that if the account is closed, another account will be created in minutes. This customer has nothing in his store but his favourites. He described the product as messy before he even opened it. He demanded at the same moment to recover the money before any discussion between us. He is a hustler.

The files I received are completely different from the lamps pictured in the listing. When I contacted the seller he told me I was confused. Horrible seller and crappy files.

The buyer has purchased a product, and most customers have praised it before and did not comment negatively on it except for competitors or their partners who buy the product and do not know anything about it. I did not see anything but sarcasm and malicious reasons from him in this matter. We sent the download links again to prove that any of the two producers had no difference from what was shown, and despite that, he insisted on his wrong position, unfortunately... Like this buyer who asked for a refund and put a negative review on it before trying to open the file and knowing what was inside ...ask the ETSY and PAYPAL administrations to protect the sellers and take appropriate action against these people because they are already causing serious damage to the site...
