I have discontinued my line of rings, and as such, those that remain are 30% off!
This ring reminds me of an iceberg. Where the glaze is thin, it is a white\/very light tan, and where the glaze is thick it is a variegated, icy blue. The band is about 9mm tall.
Since these photos were taken, the inside of the ring was (thinly) glazed as well.
If you're not sure about your ring size, please contact me and I'm sure I can help.
I handform all of my rings from strips of wet clay. Because of this, my rings are never perfectly round--they always retain just a bit of "character." This ring has been fired twice in my ceramic kiln, taken to temperatures in excess of 2000 degrees.
Please be aware that this is an art ring, and not suitable for constant everyday wear. I wear my ceramic rings every day for things like going out to dinner, visiting with friends, shopping, etc., but I remove them when doing dishes, playing with pets, carrying heavy grocery bags, etc. Though comfortable and relatively strong, these rings can break if dropped, banged against something, or placed under pressure.
I am no longer producing these rings. However, I don't have all my inventory listed in my shop, so if you're looking for a certain size or color, just ask and I'll see what I have.
