• Please note that as our items are handmade there can be a slight variation in size, colour and pattern. These are not viewed as faults as this is the nature of handmade goods and adds to the character and uniqueness of the item.

• Our standard shipping is with Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
• To upgrade your shipping to Express please choose this at the checkout.

• US Customers:
All orders to a US address will include duties, taxes and tariffs. There should be no additional charges.

• EU Customers:
Orders under €150 will include duties, taxes and tariffs. There should be no additional charges.

For orders over €150 customers will be responsible for duties and taxes prior to delivery

• Our Pachamama products are all handmade in Nepal.
• Our products are designed in London, UK by our in-office design team.
• We then send the knitting patterns/ felting patterns over to our partners in Nepal.
• We work with ~10 Nepalese crafting groups who specialise in different areas of knitting and felting.
• Please see our website for more information on our Fair Trade policy.
• Our knitters employ a range of techniques and tools to create our woolly goods. These include handknitting, hand crochet, hand framing tools, sewing machines and felt presses.
• All of our goods are made by hand with love and care by our wonderful Nepalese knitters.
