How quickly can you dispatch an item after I place an order?

We dispatch orders usually within 3-5 business days from the order being placed. However, we can often dispatch sooner than this. Some products might take longer. Please see individual product listings for estimated delivery dates. If you need an item urgently, please contact us by message. We can normally speed things up for you!

Do you take bespoke orders?

Yes, we very much welcome bespoke orders! If you want slightly different variations to an item in our shop, please feel free to get in touch. You could provide a photo or give details of what you're looking for and we will happily put together something for you as close to what your specifications are as possible depending on stock availability.

What carrier services do you use to ship orders?

We use Royal Mail Signed For, Yodel and Evri services which takes up to 3 business days from posting to reach you. A tracked service will usually be used, and you will be provided with a tracking number to see where your parcel is up to. During busy periods such as festive seasons, delivery times are likely to increase so please bear this in mind when ordering. We cannot control delivery times once the item has been dispatched from our workshop. You can upgrade to Next Day or First Class Signed For/Tracked postage - please add the "Rush My Order" listing to your basket along with your items so that this cuts down the estimated delivery time. Please note we will still need time to create your item before dispatch.

Will I be able to see photos of my item before it is sent out to me?

Most of the items in our shop are personalised. Where an item is personalised, we will seek to send you photos of the item via Etsy message before we finalise and dispatch it just to make sure it is correct and exactly how you want it. Please ensure your Etsy notifications are active and check your emails. If we don't hear back within a certain time frame, we will finalise and dispatch the item to ensure you receive it within the specified estimated delivery time. During busier periods such as the run-up to Christmas and other important dates on the calendar, sending a design proof prior to dispatch is not always possible. Please make a specific request for a proof during these times if one is required.

Handcrafted to order. White frame as standard (we have a black frame of the same size if preferred; please send a message during or after purchase if black is preferred).

Painted grey large wooden letter. This can be a different colour if preferred. Please simply state your colour choice in the Personalisation Box at the time of ordering.

The outer frame measures 26.8cm x 26.8cm and inner measures 25cm x 25cm.

The mini wooden pegs will hold a photo with maximum measurements 10cm x 10cm.

Wall hung, freestanding or use the stand. Acrylic crystals if purchased are packaged separately and are to be added by you/the recipient when received. This is to prevent damage to the frame during transit.

Silver shiny cross and floral corner border stickers. Please select whether you want the words "First Holy Communion" in silver or gold matte premium vinyl.

Plastic front that looks like glass. Please note the product images show the frame without the front the plastic front to prevent glare but this will be installed for the item that is sent out to you.
