Are the Butterflies in the plugs real?

No, I don't use any real insects or butterflies. The butterfly plugs are made with high quality vinyl stickers.

Is the resin dangerous for my skin?

No, I use only high quality resin, that especially for creating jewlery and also does not! contain the chemical BPA, which is the one usually causing problems with resin products.

I'm from Canada or Australia and my tracking doesn't work anymore after arriving in my country.

Unfortunately Canada and Australia don't support tracking by DHL and it won't get updated anymore once arriving the country of destination. For further information you would have to contact the responsible parcel service in your country.

I didn't pick up my package, it got stolen after being delivered, can you send it again?

Yes, I could send it again, but I would have to ask you to pay the delivery, because delivery costs me 13-15$ to most countries in the world, so I can't send items multiple times without practically losing money.

If I have an allergic reaction on resin, could I buy plugs from you anyway?

Yes, you can write me beforehands and I could make a custom order, where I embed the resin plug inside a stainless steel tunnel, so you won't have any contact reaction.
