Description

This simplistic bracelet consists of

1. a 24k gold vermail infinity charm
2. a 14k gold filled heart charm stamped with an initial in your choice of font
3. a gemstone bead of your choice
4. a STURDY 14k gold filled chain closed with a lobster clasp

Stamping is done skillfully by hand with quality stamp punch sets. Each stamping will be uniformly deep, well centered and well aligned - "hand-crafted" is not an excuse for substandard work! The stamping can be blackened to highlight the initial or left un-blackened to reveal the fine details of font calligraphy through the beautiful impression left on bare metal surface.

Please refer to the disc/font picture in choosing your disc size/font. The sample stamping picture is true to the relative size of different fonts and relative size of disc/font. Please notice that small cap stampings are smaller than their capital letter stampings. Also, a couple of small cap stamp set has inconsistent sizes.

Each jewelry piece/set from my shop will be packaged in a beautiful, premium quality gift box (pictured)

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

1. Adjustment or repair:

a). If there are quality-related problems in the jewelry, please
contact me within three days of package delivery through ETSY
conversation for clarification of the issues and authorization for
return shipping. I will pay for the postage in both directions. Refund
for customer shipping will be limited to USPS First Class Mail rate
only.

b). If you need to adjust chain length, put charms in a different
place, etc, please contact me within three days of package delivery.
Customer will be responsible for postage in both directions and will be charged for applicable fee if new charm, chain or other material will be used.

2. Returns for refund:

All jewelry is custom and made to order.I don't accept return for refund.But I'd like to help you in other way.Please contact me in 3 days after you receive the package.All orders are return for exchange or store credit will be charged shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Personalized jewelry,customize order,bridal jewelry or group listing are FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE.

All returns will need prior authorization from the seller (me). Please
contact me through ETSY conversations about the reasons for your
returns. Orders returned by customer without prior authorization will
NOT be refunded and the package will be stored up to three months for
sending back to customer until customer have paid for his/her return
shipping or be disposed off after the three months deadline.

3. The following items are NON-returnable or exchange

a) items that a customer doesn't like due to his/her personal taste,
expectations on the jewelry's effect on him/her or his/her dresses
after reading the item description and examining the photographs.
b) Items that have been worn and damaged due to negligence.
c) items bought while on sale
d) customized items, including items with customized chain length,
customized stamped initials and customized bridal orders.

4. The following reasons will NOT be considered for exchange or returns:

a) Inclusion, fractures in stones: all natural stones have its unique
inclusion and fractures
b) natural textures on the surface of fresh water pearls
c) chain length within 0.5in of specified or customized length. Since
all jewelry are hand-made, please allow som reasonable deviation from
the specified or customized length.
d) tarnished surface of sterling silver chain or charm over time - all
sterling silver jewelry will tarnish over time due to corrosion and
oxidation by chemicals (from skin, cosmetics, soap etc) and air.
e) slightly misaligned, mis-centered or non-uniformly pressed
initials/monograms. All initials are stamped by hand with no more
tools than a hammer and a stamp, so please allow slight misalignment,
uneven spacing between characters, or unevenly stamped initials, which
are true manifestations of a hand-crafted work. Treat these as unique
features of your jewelry rather than intolerable imperfections.

5. Special Note about customized message card:

The customer is wholly responsible for the grammar and content of the message. I DO NOT do editing or proof reading. I only copy and paste your written text and/or follow simple formatting instructions. If a card has a mistake originated from a customer and he/she wants a new, revised card, a $3 production fee and $4 shipping fee will be charged.

1. It may take up to five days to process an order with three or fewer pieces and two to three weeks for an order with more than three pieces. Please let me know if you need a rush service.

2. All custom orders or bridal orders are final - no exchange or return for refund will be granted. However, I will be happy to fix any problem with the jewelry itself or mistakes in customizations.

3. USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days to deliver) will be used for shipping by default. You have the option to upgrade your shipping during checkout. For estimated delivery time frame (excluding the time to process your order), please visit USPS.com.

4. Delivery for international orders will take 15-45 days, depending on how fast your country's custom process your order. You may request USPS Registered Mail (which requires your signature to be delivered) for a flat $15 fee.

5. Lost international orders will not be refunded because I don't have control over how two countries' postal services handle the package. Returned international mail due to buyer's fault (buyer provided the wrong/incomplete/undeliverable address; buyer didn't make attempt to pick up the package after failed delivery attempts; buyers ignores customs duty payment notice) can be re-sent if postage for the second shipment is paid. If second shipment postage is not paid in time, your payment will be refunded for 50% of the merchandise's value (the other 50% being restocking fee). Postage for returned packages will not be refunded.

6. The buyer will be responsible for all duties, taxes, fees, etc that may incur. Please notice that for international buyers, you may receive a notice of customs duties payment before your package can be delivered.

7. I will always send the item to the Etsy address unless you ask me something different in message to the seller when checking out. Please make sure that this address is accurate and deliverable. I am not responsible for any loss or delay caused by the wrong addresses.

8. For big overseas orders, I strongly recommend purchasing insurance (for an extra fee) against possible losses, theft or misdirected mail.
