Ants, linen picnic cloth, approx. 39.37'' x 39.37'' (100x100cm), including storage bag, 100% linen, chequered red and cream. Screen printed by hand.

I can't recall having had a picnic afternoon without ants, so why not invite them to stay for good?

And the good thing is... The picnic cloth is not only an eye-cather. It is also very easy to clean. The fabric is very durable and hardwearing, grease resistant and easy to iron, because it's very wrinkle resistant. The creases can be easily ironed out.

Includes handmade linen bag with ants to transport the picnic cloth.
Of course the picnic cloth can also be used as a table cloth.

Screen printed by hand. Print: black. I printed the 24 ants (4x6 rows) on the table cloth. I use screen printing inks that are water-based. They are environmental friendly and free of solvents. Screen printing is a high-quality printing process. The print lasts a very long time and doesn't crack after washing like a lot of transfer prints do, because in screen printing the inks go into the fabric and they are not just pressed or ironed on.

Sewn by hand by Daniela Schwarzbach.
