Returns and Exchange Policy

**We expect our customers to get back to us within 24 hours of receiving the jewelry and notify us. Issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ***Please note that returns on earrings and Bangles are NOT acceptable for SIZE and WEIGHT issues. Please read the item description carefully before ordering or send me a message if you have any doubts about size or weight. We will be more than happy to answer all your queries before you place the order. ***No RETURN/REFUND after 2 days of you receiving the product. **There is now a 10% RESTOCKING FEE IN ADDITION TO A NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING FEE PAID FOR BY THE BUYER.

All our items will be delivered in 3-5 business days unless there is a delay by USPS which will be notified to the customer. International orders will be delivered in 7-30 days depending on location and any delays will be notified by the postal service. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays and/or missing packages. If the tracking shows an item is delivered please contact the shipping carrier.

Is the jewellery handmade ?

Yes all of our jewelry is handmade. All of our products are made in India.

Shipping charges for the original shipping will be deducted. If the customer paid for shipping, that won't be refunded. If the order was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be prorated for the items returned and will be deducted. Once we receive the item, a refund will be initiated with the value of the returned item less the restocking fee less the shipping charge.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you provide the wrong shipping address then you must re-pay shipping to have the item sent back to you.

Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis. We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts longer: Please do not wear the jewelry at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume. Keep your jewelry away from chemicals. Store jewelries separately. Different kind of metal reacts together. To avoid this, store in small ziplock pouches . For long lasting shine, after every use, wipe the jewelry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues or wash your jewelry.
