It has been brought to our attention that Harbor Freight is now selling another pole model that is not compatible with our current design but has continued to use the same part numbers (64342 or 64344). If you are looking to purchase an adapter for a pole you already have you must verify the inner diameter of the upper tubing section is 40mm (approx 1.575"), the adapter WILL NOT WORK on the newer, smaller diameter poles. If there is any question regarding fitment please send us a message before ordering. The ORIGINAL pole mount adapter bushing! Easily allows the use of a Harbor Freight 20' Collapsible Flagpole (p/n 64342, 64344) for mounting a v3 rectangular/square Starlink dish.

**NOTE: Pole is NOT included! Adapter is verified to fit only the older 40mm (1.575") ID Harbor Freight poles, please verify compatibility before ordering.


BENEFITS OF OUR DESIGN:

-- Unlike collar-style pole adapters our bushing prevents lateral forces from being placed on the printed item allowing the user to leverage the strength of the tubing and reduce risk of failure.

-- Design allows the expensive, proprietary Starlink cable to be run internally while eliminating risk of chafing or damage to the cable.

-- Adapter is specific to each pole diameter/model for maximum strength and to allow for adapter removal. 'Universal' style adapter bushings that are designed to be hammered into place rely on thin fins to support lateral forces instead of a precision-fit solid adapter that sandwiches the walls of the adapter bushing between the two poles.

-- No modifications necessary for installation, simply remove the factory hardware and install adapter bushing.

-- Only one tool for initial installation, a phillips screwdriver!

-- Alignment tab and retention mechanism is replicated from the OEM Starlink mount to retain factory functionality allowing Dishy to be easily removed to stow while also providing protection against damaging the proprietary, expensive Starlink cable.


CONSTRUCTION:

Bushing is 3D printed using UV-stable PETG filament which is stable to 176*F (80*C) and should be sufficient for any application. We use 100% Made in the USA filament made only with US-sourced raw materials. Printed using solid walls to ensure the ultimate in durability.


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove screws retaining decorative flagpole topper.

2. Remove topper and flag clips/hardware.

4. Orient bushing so the screw holes align with one of the factory screw holes and push the bushing into place.

5. Install one of the original screws into the hole that aligns with one of the bushing holes. Only one screw will be used, the other can be discarded or stored with the decorative pieces to return the flagpole to original form at a later time.

NOTE: Due to manufacturing tolerances it may require gently tapping the bushing as it is designed as a friction fit with the screw providing additional insurance to avoid twisting or sliding out of the pole. If this is required we recommend placing a piece of wood on top of the bushing to prevent damage.
