Very lovely antique/vintage women's wedding dress circa late 1800s or early 1900s. White linen skirt with inset lace and lace hem topped with three tiers of cotton netting. Bodice is made up of three layers of cotton netting -- A.) two 7" strap like panels attach to front and back of skirt and act like a vest, B.) 3/4 sleeve layer with lace at neckline and snap front covered with crocheted buttons, and C.) snap-front, vest-like underlayer. Snap side opening, snaps attach skirt to bodice at one side. Very interesting construction.

Very delicate but in fairly good condition. There is a bit of age discoloration, giving the dress the appearance of very light tea staining in a few places. There are a few small holes in the netting, but no large tears.

Dress measures approximately 15" across at bust (30" bust), 12" across at waist (24" waist), and 16" at hips (32" hips).
