My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Oh no! I'm so sorry this happened to you. Occasionally an item gets damaged in transit. Please understand that all items are inspected before being packed. Items are also packed in bubble mailers and tissue to help protect your item(s). Unfortunately, any damaged items are due to the mishandling of the mail carrier and not myself. You are able to file an insurance claim with the mail carrier for your damaged item. Claims take forever, we're here to help -- If your item arrives damaged please send a message and photo within 3 days of delivery. We are happy to replace the item free of charge if you cover the shipping.

I don't see a bundle for me, Can I customize my own?

Yes, please take a screenshot circling the items you would want in the bundle. Send them in a message to me and I will be happy to work out a great deal for the number of items and pieces.

If you have sensitive skin, jewelry items that are true sterling silver or gold are what is recommended for your skin type. All items are not 100% sterling silver or gold, they are fashion jewelry items. Wearing these items for a short time may or may not cause you to break out - you know you best. Items are fashion jewelry. Items are not heavy weight, real diamonds, real "expensive" stones. These items are made for formal events, body building shows, costumes, ect.

Please store your items in a cool place. Heat can cause discoloration to the stones. To prevent the items from breaking, please store in a hard shell jewelry case with a designated spot. Jewelry is not meant for water. Water will cause tarnishing and green "mold."
