• Material: Quarry bisque (Porcelain available for $1 more per tile — recommended for pools in freezing climates)
• Finish: Gloss or Satin Glaze (suitable for indoor, outdoor, and pool use)
• Made to Order: Please allow for production time. We’ll provide a timeline once your colors are approved.

• Durability: Our quarry tiles are highly durable, low-maintenance, and withstand freezing temperatures down to -10°F. Unlike traditional Mexican tiles, ours are pool-suitable!

Are the tiles really handmade?
Yes! Every tile is handcrafted in our California studio. This means no two pieces are exactly alike—variations in glaze, tone, and pattern are part of the charm and artistry.

Can I request custom colors or designs?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom work. You can upload inspiration images or color references for us to match or design around. Just send us a message to get started.

Can you match existing tile or glaze?
In many cases, yes. Felix, our glaze master, can work with photos or physical samples to match or complement existing tile installations.

🛒 Ordering & Quantities
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for most tiles, but custom orders may require a small minimum depending on complexity and materials.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Made-to-order tiles typically ship within 3–8 weeks depending on your order size and customization. In-stock tiles ship sooner. We’ll communicate timelines clearly after purchase.

Can I mix and match tile sets?
Yes! We love helping customers create beautiful combinations. Reach out if you'd like to bundle pool tile, field tile, and accent pieces—we’ll even suggest coordinated groupings.Custom Orders – Important Notes
