Ministry of Silly Walks John Cleese Articulated Paper Doll - Monty Python Lovers
Materials: Paper, Brads
This paper doll is based on John Cleese's sketch "The Ministry of Silly Walks" from Monty Python's Flying Circus.
The original design is scanned and then laser printed on heavy 140# index paper (cardstock). He is cut and assembled by me with tiny brads to make him posable. This ministry worker has a lot of joints! His briefcase and umbrella move as well, but the umbrella is very delicate and you should take great care when moving it into silly walk positions!
He is about 12 inches tall and about 3 inches wide. He has 12 articulating joints.
"lt's not particularly silly, is it? I mean, the right leg isn't silly at all and the left leg merely does a forward aerial half turn every alternate step."
"Yes, but I think that with Government backing I could make it very silly."
The perfect gift for any Python fan.

I purchased a few articulated dolls from this seller, and this one is by far my favorite. It's a delight to move and manipulate, and had the whole room laughing when my dad and my daughter were taking turns making silly walks. Looks even better in person! Colors are crisp, edges are clean, it's a fun and vibrant piece for any fan. Gave this as a gift and it was so well-received. Perfect to play with, display, switch up and manipulate, and display with a new pose! Would gladly purchase again, and would absolutely recommend this seller.
This came quickly, it is perfect and lights up our gloomy days- we silly walk around the kitchen.
Love it! Super cute. Put some tape on the back and put it on my fridge. Always changing the legs and arms around. Thank you!
Extremely silly. How awesome is this guy? Imagine awesome, then double it. Larger than expected, beautifully crafted, and talented artwork. He shipped right away when I ordered, and was carefully packaged. He's currently silly-walking on the bookcase next to my desk, and he makes me smile.
