I created these resources with small businesses and craft projects in mind so this license allows you to,

• Use the resources to create a product(s) for sale in which the resources are used as part of a wider original design.
• Maximum resale value should be up to $2000
• Use the resources for personal projects.

This is a single user License.

I politely ask that these resources are not,

• Shared or sublicensed (please direct all enquires to my store)
• No reselling as stock images, digital downloads, scrap booking papers, clip art collection, collage sheets, planner stickers or fabrics (with the exception if you are creating something from
the fabric i.e. a pillow or dolls clothes) including derivative work. (please see the notes below)

Just to reiterate, these are DIGITAL files to download and print from home or a copy centre, no physical items will be mailed to you. Also please note the printed colour may appear different than what is seen on the screen due to variations in computer monitors as well as printers.

As you can appreciate Instant downloads are final sales and due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges will be given once the items have been downloaded.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use the resources to create digital items, for example digital invitations. Files must be sold as flattened (JPEG) and enough of your own design must be added to make it a unique, new original design.

DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS
You can use all our graphics for your personal projects and I love seeing people's creativity, but NO commercial or reselling Maeby Wild resources in a Scrapbook kit or collection. This also includes but is not limited to clip art packs, paper packs, image collections, including derivatives.

It is not allowed to deconstruct the design(s), combine with other designs, repackage and resell as Digital Clip art and/or patterns.

PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use these resources for personal or commercial use. You can also create printed products at Print On Demand sites, e.g. Zazzle, Etsy or in your own store as part of a wider original design where the resources cannot be extracted or edited by a third party.

FABRIC DESIGNERS
You may use the designs to create fabric but not to resell as fabric only for the purpose of creating an end product, for example dresses, bags.

LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS
Please combine your purchased product with other resources and artwork to form a new original design.
It's important to note that you may not supply source files to your customers or supply it in a format that allows for easy extraction. If your customers require the source files they would need to purchase their own licence for the graphics used.For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons,
store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted.
For logos .psd, .ai, and vector-based pdf files are NOT permitted. If you would like to supply a .png file, you would need to ensure the
design of the logo doesn’t allow for easy extraction of the original resource.

Please note it is not possible to copyright or trademark the work you create using Maeby Wild resources as the ownership and copyright
of the items belong solely to Maeby Wild. When you purchase an item from Maeby Wild, you are agreeing to a non-exclusive and non transferable licence which does not allow for copyrighting or trademarking.

TEACHERS, EDUCATORS
Please feel free to create resources as is for your classroom using my products, I only ask that the resources are not shared or sublicensed and NO reselling unless the artwork is part of a wider original design.
