When will my order arrive?

Regular orders are processed within 1-3 business days, while custom orders process 3-5 business days and all orders are usually shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays on or following the day that your order is placed. Personalized and made to order items may require additional time for creation and assembly. US orders may take up to 1 week to arrive. International orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive, depending on customs. (Please keep this in mind if you need your order to arrive by a certain date!) If you need your order to arrive sooner, feel free to send us a chat through Etsy Conversations and we'll see if we can accommodate your needs!

My order is intended to be a gift. Can you include gift wrapping or a note?

Every order is wrapped and packaged in a way that is ready to be gifted, so I got you covered! Etsy's packing slip for orders marked as gifts only include the item details, not the price. You also have the option to write out a more personalized note for gift orders which will appear on the slip.

Help! I gave you the wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

If you entered in the wrong shipping address, please contact us ASAP via Etsy Conversations with the correct address so we can change it prior to shipping your order. If your order has already shipped, we'll do our best to work with the shipping carrier to have the destination corrected, however, there are no guarantees that this can be done once an order has been shipped. If we're able to change it in time, additional postage is required since a new postage label will have to be purchased for the new address, regardless of how minor the change is.

Which products of yours can be personalized?

Just about anything we make in our workshop can be personalized! Certain products that are available for personalization are listed in their product description pages with further instructions. I'm not seeing what I'm looking for. Do you accept custom requests?

If we're able to make it happen, yes! Our goal is to provide you with as many options as possible to find that special something for yourself and others. Send us a DM on Etsy with what you had in mind and we'll do our best to make it happen!

I ordered a custom kitty product, but the colors are off/it doesn't quite look like my furbaby! Can you help?

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction! If you're unhappy with your custom product and would like a redesign of your cat, please let us know! We'll happily work with you and send proofs of the artwork until you give us your approval before we send you a replacement product.

Want 2 cats on 1 keychain? No problem! Simply let us know which Face #, and Eye Color will pertain to each cat. PLEASE NOTE: they will need to share the same Cat Shape! For example, if you choose Cat Shape 1, both cats will be placed on Cat Shape 1.

NOTE: For customizations that require any modifications to the Cat Base (such as tail changing or ear clipping) will result in longer production times as we need to make the unique base especially for you.
