This beautiful Saint Patricks Day Headband is made with three 2.5" light green, green, and dark green chiffon shabby flowers with a large clear rhinestone button in the center on either a 5/8" shiny white, light green or green headband, your choice! This would be perfect for everyday wear or with a special outfit for St Pattys Day. This headband is stunning and eye catching! You can have this green headband sized to be a baby headband or an adult headband. Please note which size you would like at checkout.

If an exchange is necessary, it must be made within 5 days of receipt of the item. Please note rush order and shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the new shipping charges.

I inspect each item carefully as I package them. If an item arrives damaged and is irreparable, I require photographic proof and return of the item at the buyers' expense. An exact copy of the purchased item will be created and shipped back to you. No changes may be made to the order for replacement, unless the custom nature of the items make it impossible to recreate because of supply availability. If this is the case I will contact you to come up with a close alternative.

Items returned for an exchange must be returned in the original or similar packaging and need to include delivery confirmation.

SHIPPING: Guaranteed dates are for shipping date only, NOT guarantee of a specific delivery date. Once your package is accepted into the USPS system Elegant Me Boutique is no longer liable for date of delivery. All orders will be mailed USPS first class and will include delivery confirmation. First Class shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note that First class and priority mail do not have a guaranteed delivery speed by the post office so I can not guarantee a certain delivery date if these methods of shipment are selected. The only shipping method that USPS will guarantee is Express which is 2 days guaranteed or the post office will refund the delivery charges. I do not offer refunds or returns based on the post office delivering your item later than you would like because I can not control the postal system. You may purchase insurance for an additional charge. Please send me a message before you purchase so I can add that in for you. The Ivory Willow is not responsible for theft of packages. Once deliver is confirmed with the post office that package is considered delivered.
