HOW DOES IT WORK:
1) Place your order - please make sure your Etsy address is correct as that is where delivery will arrive.
2) You will receive a package containing all necessary directions to return ashes or memory items. ( you will not receive a collection kit if you choose the no ashes option) I ask for 1 tsp for all styles except solid ash. I ask for about 1/3 cup for the solid ash.
3) I will let you know when I receive your package, from this moment I will need up to 30 business days to make the keepsake for you

Figurines will be an ABSTRACT representation of your loved fur baby
This is not a fillable urn. Names cannot be added to the figures.
* Ashes need to to be sent to me in the provided collection kit and will be seen in the top of the figure as shown in the photo examples. They cannot be mixed in. *

All ashes come out different colors, some ashes are very dark and some are very light. Please keep in mind that your piece may differ slightly from the picture shown this is not a flaw, it is the unique personality of the person or pet being memorialized.
