More photos coming soon! "Spice Market" - This listing is for ONE handwoven towel. One of my special Limited-Edition warps with only about 20 towels made. Beautiful fancy twill which looks great on both sides. Made from quality 100% unmercerized natural cotton with several color stripes in the warp and your choice of weft colors. Double rolled hem at each end. These towels are thicker and thirstier than plain weave towels, but if you prefer a thinner towel with no twill pattern, there is an option to get them with just plain weave. Approximately 17"x 26" - already preshrunk for you. Many of these are in stock and ready to ship now, please inquire about what's available.

COLORS: Pale, Mocha, Espresso, Red Hot, Honey Gold, or Cream. Please note that weft color choices do affect the overall color effect.
PATTERNS: Five pattern variations available as shown in last photo or you can just choose Weaver's Choice if you don't really care.

NOTE: These towels are still on the loom and each order will be made to order. Please expect a 2-3-week lead time for them to be made and ready to ship.

ABOUT - All our handwoven items are made here on our traditional floor loom - 8 shafts and 10 treadles, no computer, fly shuttles, or dobby attachments. It takes up to 40 hours total from start to finish for 10 towels of this type - warping and threading the loom, weaving, removing, hemming, washing, and pressing to shrink, full, and finish the fabric.

CARE - Machine wash COLD and tumble dry, do not bleach. No other special care! These are made to really stand up to hard use.

This lovely, unique, handwoven throw arrived a month ago--one month before expected--because the seller happened to have my exact choice on hand, and did not have to start making one from scratch. It matches the description perfectly--actually exceeds expectations for attractiveness and heft--and I've kept it on top of my linens so I can admire it during the cold weather.
