➤ No, these are unrooted cuttings. Rooting instructions are included with every order.

Q: Can I choose the varieties?
➤ We do our best to accommodate requests. Leave a note during checkout and we’ll include your preferred types if available.

Q: What if my package is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated?
➤ USPS tracking can sometimes lag behind real-time. If your package hasn’t arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
➤ Please take clear photos within 48 hours of delivery and message us immediately. We’ll review your concerns and work toward a solution.

Q: What if my order is lost?
➤ If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We cannot refund or replace items marked as delivered unless a clear postal error is confirmed. If the package is confirmed lost by USPS and was insured, we will help file a claim.

Q: Do I need a heat pack?
➤ If temperatures in your area are below 40°F, we strongly recommend adding our heat pack add-on at checkout. We cannot guarantee live arrival in cold climates without this.

Q: Do you offer refunds or replacements?
➤ We handle all concerns on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your plants, but please understand that we can’t control shipping conditions or delays. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if there’s a problem.
