Highlights
This is an adapter for the Ridgid 5 inch Orbital Sander to connect it to the Ridgid, Shop Vac, Craftsman, or Festool vacuum hose. The perfect accessory to improve dust collection.
- This adapter now has a locking mechanism, so that it stays on the tool during use.
-The Festool version connects to the 27 mm hose with a twist lock mechanism
-The Ridgid, Shop Vac , Craftsman versions connects to the 1 1/4 (1.25), 1 7/8 (1.875) or 2 1/2 (2.5) inch hose ( this is the external diameter (OD) of the hose connector)
- This has been tested on model R2601 / R2611 / R8606B. If your sander model is not listed here, please message me.
-This is a 3D printed custom part that fits perfectly and snugly. It provides much better dust removal when compared to the dust bag alone.
-If in doubt, contact me and I'll work with you to find a suitable adapter for your vacuum and tool
-I have created this myself and made sure that the fit is just right. This is a 3D-printed part.
-I can create this adaptor to fit other vacuum systems, just contact me.
