To find your journal all you have to do is go to the Etsy web browser in Safari (not the Etsy app or Chrome) and go to your profile. Then click "purchases and reviews." There you will see all your Etsy orders along with a button next to your planner order that says "download files." Once you are there you can download your journal and get started!
