These were custom designed and made from cast and hand polished by our production team overseas. Inquire to see if we can do a custom pin length, we carry many sizes in house.

Custom orders are currently closed due to production taking over 6 months from initial design to completed piece of jewelry but we are open to suggestions on new designs. The production company we send our designs to invest in the welfare of their employees, do not skip out on quality with authentic certifications on the materials used when making the jewelry, and the output from their production system is being tested every month to make sure we do not release anything toxic in the environment.

If your bag is still sealed and unopened we will take it back for an exchange or a full refund. If the bag is still sealed but the item inside is damaged from shipping I can offer a full refund or a repair/exchange. Damage claims require customer to send photos of our original packaging and the broken item. If the seal is broken on the item's bag we will not be able take it back for refunds or exchanges so inspect items before opening. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged than that is on us. Buyers have 14 days to let us know they want to return the item via tracked mail and the item must be in unopened, new condition. Otherwise the sale is final, all 14kt gold products are final sale.

As long as the order has not shipped you need to write me immediately with the correct address, but if the item has already shipped you must contact USPS immediately because the order is out of my hands and not the stores responsibility if it is delivered to the wrong address, USPS may be able to reroute or return to sender if it's not too late. You must contact USPS about wrong address services before the item is delivered to the wrong address. Please delete your old addresses on etsy AND paypal to avoid this from accidentally happening.

Please remember it is the barbell space between the balls or the inside diameter of the hoop that needs to measured, here are some additional measuring tips:

➸ Buy a school ruler or use measuring tape from the corner store and lay your current piece of jewelry on the millimeter side and send me a clear close-up photo of your barbell laying on it and I may be able to tell you your size.

Rubbing alcohol, any type of chemicals (pools, shampoo, lotion, body sweat, and oil), cleaners with chemicals can damage or tarnish parts of your jewelry, especially if the item is plated or contains fashion accessory pieces.

Plated Jewelry: Any color plating should not be submerged in water or exposed to chemicals because you may strip the color coating which will expose the base metal which could be either steel, titanium, or brass which can turn green naturally.

Different materials require different methods of cleaning, please research what works best for you.

Wire wrapped products of mine can come with different colored wire or no wire upon request. Here are my wire colors: Black, Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, Titanium, Bronze, Copper, Olive Green, Seafoam, Blue, Pink, Purple, Red, Green, Navy Blue, or Orange. I also have non-tarnishing solid steel wire.

Beads: I have regular sized beads (good for 14g,16g,18g,20g) and smaller micro-sized beads (18g, 20g, and some for 16g) I have many more colors than I have photos for.
