This pattern includes both a charted graph and row-by-row written instructions to crochet or knit this afghan featuring a golf ball on a tee with a golf club. With the row-by-row instructions there's no need to count all the little squares on the graph because it's already done for you. The graph can also be used for cross stitch.
(I also have a pattern in my shop with this picture but designed for c2c for those that prefer that method. You can find the c2c listing here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1235422469/golf-ball-with-club-c2c-corner-to-corner?click_key=372e0e1f403174dfaabe62ef4a7891d4ea3bcf8f%3A1235422469&click_sum=7766fc9e&ref=shop_home_active_1 )
The pattern is 160x190 stitches. The finished size will depend on your individual tension. At a gauge of 3.5 stitches per inch the finished size will be approximately 45x54" before any optional border, which is a good lap or throw sized blanket.
To make this afghan you will need worsted weight yarn, size H/5mm crochet hook (or a size 8/5mm circular knitting needle) or size needed to reach the desired gauge, and a yarn needle to weave in yarn ends. Suggested yarn and estimated amounts are listed in the pattern, but feel free to substitute the yarn brand/colors of your choice.
***Note to knitters: The pattern file says it's created for crochet, but the color changes are the same for knit. To knit, cast on 160 stitches. Following the color changes listed in the pattern, knit each stitch on odd-numbered rows and purl each stitch on even numbered rows.***
This listing is for the PATTERN ONLY, not the physical blanket. If you don't crochet and would like this made for you please contact me. I'll be happy to work with you to create it for you.
You are welcome to sell any finished afghans made from this pattern, but I would appreciate it if you would include a link back to this listing and give me credit as the designer.
Because this pattern is available as an instant download I cannot issue any refunds.
