General Terms and Conditions
In these General Terms and Conditions ("terms"), I, Claudia Gadient Schwarzkopf, doing business as Archeria – Claudia’s Leder Atelier, Brucknerstr. 7, 71573 Allmersbach, Germany, Tel. +49 178 8837310, Email: mail@archeria.com), set the terms and conditions for contracts that I conclude with my customers via the Etsy online platform.
1. Scope
Any contract between you and me is subject to these terms and conditions. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions do not apply, even if I do not otherwise expressly object to them.
2. Contract
You can purchase the goods displayed in my Etsy shop by adding them to the shopping cart. You can change your selection at any time using the buttons available in the cart until you check out and submit your order. The Back button in your browser will take you to the previous order steps.
After you have selected your chosen payment method, click the Checkout button to initiate the ordering process; if you are paying with PayPal, click Pay with PayPal. This will be followed with an order summary page where you can still make changes using the buttons there.
By clicking Submit Order, you make a binding acceptance of my offer to conclude a contract for the goods you have selected. I will immediately confirm receipt of the order by email.
I do not save a copy of the text of the contract and it is not accessible to you. You can archive your order details and these terms by saving or printing out the order summary and these terms.
The following contractual languages are available: German.
3. Delivery
Delivery times, terms of delivery, applicable shipping costs, and any delivery restrictions can be found on the respective offer page. Delivery times specified by me are calculated from the time of my order confirmation. If I have not specified a delivery time, it is a maximum of 2-5 days. If I accept advance payment for your order, the delivery time is calculated from the time you issue the payment instruction.
I am entitled to make deliveries in several shipments, provided this is reasonable for you. In this case, any shipping costs will only apply to the first partial delivery.
You bear the shipping costs. Any shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
The goods remain my property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
4. Prices and payment processing
All prices are final prices. The price and any shipping costs incurred will be displayed on an order summary page before you submit your order.
You can find the payment methods offered by clicking the corresponding button in my shop or on the respective offer page.
5. Additional Information
You have a statutory warranty right for defects. Irrespective of any guarantees I have given, I am liable for material and legal defects in accordance with the statutory provisions. I will inform you about warranties and their conditions on the respective offer page.
Please note that there is no statutory right to cancel orders for goods that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g. personalized leather work).
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) that can be used by consumers for the out-of-court settlement of disputes: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

6. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the country in which you usually reside remain unaffected by the above choice of law. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law at the time you place the order and you are based in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Allmersbach.
Right of withdrawal
1. Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Archeria – Claudia´s Leder Atelier (Claudia Gadient Schwarzkopf), Brucknerstr. 7, 71573 Allmersbach, Germany, Tel.: +49 178 8837310, E-Mail: mail@archeria.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to me, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to me. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

- for delivery of sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
- for delivery of products if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after the delivery, owing to their condition;
- for delivery of alcoholic drinks, whose price was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, which however can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on the fluctuations in the market, on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
- for delivery of sound or video recording or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after the delivery.
