I just love the checkered design of this teacup! Made by Adderley (a division of Ridgway Potteries in England) around Mid Century, this teacup has a brown checkered design as well as yellow and pink flowers with green leaves. The cup and saucer have gold trim. A very unique and beautiful design. Both pieces are in excellent condition. The rim shows a small amount of wear to the design and the gold trim also shows very gentle wear. No chips, cracks, crazing, repairs or stains.

Saucer is 5 3/4 inches across. Cup stands 2 1/2 inches tall, and is slightly over 3 1/2 inches across at rim.
