Customer service was very prompt and friendly, however the quality of my product was very disappointing. Do not expect your pets image to look anything like the picture they advertise. There is no artistic effort whatsoever, just a cropper image of the pet. I supplied the vendor with 2 pictures per request, and unfortunately, the worse of the 2 was chosen. This was intended to be a gift, but the quality is so poor, I'm embarrassed to even gift it.
