How do I contact you if I have a question about something I’d like to purchase or an issue with my order?

You can contact me through Etsy messages. Look for the “Message Caroline” button on one of my listings or the “Contact Shop Owner” button on my homepage phineasstreet.etsy.com under the shop sections. I usually respond immediately or within a few hours.

When will my order be shipped?

I do my best to ship ASAP, and sometimes that means same day! I will always ship your order out within the expected processing window stated by Etsy. You will receive a shipping notification and a tracking code with every order shipped within the US. Most orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

Do you accept returns or cancelations?

Yes, I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please contact me immediately if you’d like to return your item for a refund. You will need to return it in its original condition within 14 days before the refund is issued. Cancelations must be made within a hour of purchasing. If I have already shipped your item, I will not be able to cancel the order.

Do you accept offers and do you offer discounts for multiple items ordered?

Yes, look for the “Make an Offer” button on the listing. I accept reasonable offers and will occasionally counteroffer. Your offer is valid for 48 hours and if you miss the window, feel free to resubmit! Reach out to me if there are multiple items you would like to purchase and I’ll give you my best price on the bundle. You can also submit offers for each as well. In almost all cases, I will combine the items into one box for shipping and refund you shipping overages that you paid if they total over $2.

Do you offer local pickup or drop off?

I offer free delivery within Andover, MA and North Andover, MA and free local pickup. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive the shipping fee and I’ll message you to arrange delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship via USPS to all non-restricted countries. Please reach out with the item(s) you'd like to purchase along with your address and I'd be happy to provide you a quote or simply add it to your cart. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How do I make sure I don’t miss anything new added to your shop?

Where do you source your vintage items?

Most items are sourced locally in New England – primarily Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and occasionally Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Vermont. I use my eye for great design to search high and low at estate sales, yard sales, thrift stores, and flea markets.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Due to the nature of each item being a different size and shape, I don’t formally offer gift wrapping but will gift wrap as at no charge if requested. Vintage wrapping paper, tissue paper and ribbon will be used. Reach out to me if you want to make someone’s day!

From the 1960s

Choose one or all of these antique Henry Alcock & Co. semi-porcelain dishes, each sold separately. The dishes are the same oval shape and have faded floral transferware patterns and gold leaf. All are marked "Semi-Porcelain Henry Alcock & Co. Cobridge England" along with the crest. Use as a soap dish, trinket dish, or for serving. These dishes were produced circa 1890s-1910s.

CONDITION: Dishes A and B have the same pattern but A has more color left. Dish C has a different pattern and is the most faded of the three, it also has a small chip on the edge. Please inspect photos. Otherwise in good antique condition. Please pick your option from the drop down, you will receive the exact dish you choose.

MEASUREMENTS: Each dish measures 5 3/4"L x 3 3/4"W x 1 1/4”H
